Pageflex printing and proofing unavailable

After further investigation, we determined that one of our back-end servers that processes Printing and Proofing was unable to communicate with the host server.

The issues proofing and printing have been resolved and it should be working as intended.
We will provide an update with the reason for this outage once our investigation is completed.
Proofing/Printing was unavailable for 20 minutes starting at 11/2/2020 @ 9:40 AM until 11/2/2020 @ 10:00 AM.

We are looking into reports that printing & proofing with PageFlex is unavailable.
